By accessing or using SpaceM AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
SpaceM AI provides AI-powered interior design services including:
- AI-generated floor plans (2D and 3D)
- Interior design visualizations
- Cost estimation tools
- Material recommendations
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account using your phone number. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information
- Maintaining the security of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
4. Credits and Payments
- The App operates on a credit-based system
- New users receive 2 free credits upon signup
- Additional credits can be purchased through the App
- Credits are non-refundable once used
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
5. AI-Generated Content
- Designs generated by the App are for visualization purposes
- AI-generated designs may not be structurally accurate
- Always consult a licensed architect before construction
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of cost estimates
6. Intellectual Property
You retain rights to designs you create using the App. However, you grant us a license to use anonymized design data to improve our AI models.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Use the App for illegal purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer the AI systems
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use automated systems to access the App
- Upload malicious content or attempt to harm the service
8. Limitation of Liability
SpaceM AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to construction decisions made based on AI-generated designs.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
